Ken is highly regarded as an entrepreneur, patent holder and developer with 30 years of experience in facility management.
Ken opened his first company in 1990 specializing in large industrial and commercial properties. Parking lot management and landscape maintenance was a large portion of that business which led him in the direction of environmental affairs. After working for a national spill control company, Ken developed and patented a line of products specializing in stormwater contamination reduction systems.
Ken is a lifetime resident of Kitsap County, a graduate of Western Washington University and enjoys spending time with his 3 children and his trusted canine companion, “Hummer,” Stormwater Controls mascot.
Laura is thrilled to have found a position with Stormwater Controls that allows her to make a positive impact on the environment.
Laura’s career path has taken her down many different roads. She has twenty years of experience in the restaurant industry, many of which were in management, spent ten years at Costco and two years as an accounting clerk at the University of Utah.
She earned her AA degree in accounting in 1996 from Olympic College.
Born and raised in Bremerton, WA, Laura has also briefly lived in Hawaii, California & Utah. Her love of the Pacific Northwest keeps bringing her back.

Silas boasts a diverse set of skills in media and content creation.
Silas graduated from Montana State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Film and Photography, specializing in cinematography, directing, and documentary filmmaking. Silas worked as an editor and cinematographer in Bozeman, MT for 3 years. His various projects include shooting a Lexus commercial, project managing a a multi-episode travel web series, and filming promotional videos for corporate events. Recently making the move out to LA, Silas is continuing to pursue filmmaking and entrepreneurship.
Silas was born and raised in Silverdale, WA which has instilled in him a great appreciation for the outdoors.
